Refund/Cancellation Policy

At KidSync HTX, we value transparency and want families to know exactly what to expect when registering for our programs and events.

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

  • Families may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Requests made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Full or Partial Refunds

  • Full refunds are given for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if special circumstances arise (ex: documented illness).

  • No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Conditions for Refunds or Credits

  • Refunds are available if KidSync HTX cancels an event. Families may choose a full refund or apply a credit toward a future program.

  • Refunds or credits may be granted if a child cannot attend due to illness (a doctor’s note may be required for repeated requests).

  • Registration and materials fees (if any) are non-refundable once supplies are purchased for the event.

Additional Notes

  • Families on a waitlist who do not receive a spot will not be charged.

  • Credits, if issued, must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
