These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the KidSync HTX website, services, events, and programs. By registering for an event, using our website, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with Texas law.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

  • Our website and services are intended for parents, guardians, and community members registering children for KidSync HTX programs.

  • By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Payments

  • Payments for events and services must be made through the approved payment methods listed at checkout.

  • KidSync HTX reserves the right to modify pricing, payment options, or services offered at any time.

3. Program & Service Changes

  • We may update, adjust, or discontinue services, events, or activities without prior notice, while honoring any commitments already paid for.

4. Liability & Waivers

  • Participation in KidSync HTX programs involves activities that carry certain risks. By registering, you agree to release KidSync HTX, its staff, and affiliates from liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of property, except as prohibited by Texas law.

  • Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, materials, and event resources are the property of KidSync HTX and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

  • KidSync HTX reserves the right to suspend or cancel website access, accounts, or event participation if users violate these Terms, engage in unsafe behavior, or disrupt programming.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if KidSync HTX cancels an event.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically apply to the new date.

8. Media & Promotions

  • By attending our events, you grant KidSync HTX permission to use photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the event.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Updates to Terms

  • KidSync HTX may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
